To ensure a high level and quality of service to all our users we periodically request users to perform a reasonably non-intrusive ID verification step. The process is simple and quick, and the instructions and link are in the email we send to you.
Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on where you live and which bank you bank with. If an error has occurred there will be an error message stated on the redemption page, but if your issue persists please take a note of the error message or a screenshot and send an email from your registered reloadhero.com email address to [email protected] and we shall be able to help you resolve the issue.
